What is Sexology?
Sexology is the scientific study of human sexuality, including sexual health, behavior, relationships, intimacy, and the physical and psychological factors that can influence sexual well-being.
It explores a wide range of concerns, including changes in sexual desire, arousal, sexual function, intimacy, communication between partners, and the effects of hormonal, physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors on sexual health.
Sexology takes a holistic approach by recognizing that sexual well-being can be influenced by many aspects of a person’s overall health and life. Education and professional guidance can help individuals better understand their concerns, address misconceptions, and make informed decisions about their sexual health and relationships.
